*_مجھے ابوزبیر نے خبر دی ، کہا : میں نے جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہما سے سنا ، وہ کہہ رہے تھے : ہم رسول اللہ ﷺ اور ابوبکر رضی اللہ عنہ کے دور میں ایک مٹھی کھجور اور آٹے کے عوض چند دنوں کے لیے متعہ کرتے تھے ، حتی کہ حضرت عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نے عمرو بن حریث کے واقعے ( کے دوران ) میں اس سے منع کر دیا ۔

as per the daleel shariya, Muta is far better & halal then consensual sex., riwayat e daleel, as in extreme condition, it was also dislike for may be the first marriage of a girl to a married men, for certain time, & then to establish her new life after muta would be difficult, to start a family or as khandan, for new marriage & her living expenses cost to bear after muta, these are the circumstances, in land of law or a rule of law of any other nations constitution which is not Islamic shariya law, & has its own constitution that permits free to have consensual sex on mutual consent for muslim good to perform muta, it's far better then a good responsible relationship in society which is bounded in nikka, nikka itself is a term, then doing consensual sex or extra marital affairs in society, having sex & relationship with no concent or bound, as muta or any second marriage this protect the integrity & honour of men. it's the terms. of Islamic shariya law to tahafuz of both the genders which bounded & no other can entertain, in Muslim Shariya, the person who practice Islam is Muslim.,
so in any circumstances, in living society, it will disrupt any responsible person not only society in communities & other religions of faith of people. with to their personal interest & living. (Halal living or any Living)
