    prizebond is a loan and you cannot get anything extra on loan , there are only and only and only two ways in which you give your money to someone else 1) investment 2)loan

    a money become investment if you have both profit and loss deal
    then it Is legal and normal according to islam

    u cannot have prize/lottery/profit because in islam you cannot get anything extra on loan so bond is loan its 110% truth that bond is loan to government and if u get anything extra on loan you will be eating (riba/interest,sood)

    Prize bond is another form of credit given on interest.The only difference is that you are not sure who will win the lottery/interest.
    Kindly do some objective study on economic system allowed in Islam.I would recommend that you make use of the research done by Dr Atif Waheed and Sheikh Imran Hosein on Islamic economic system and Riba.

  16. dear sir u are wrong about prizebond , prizebond is loan and on loan u cannot get anything extra /prize etc ,(loan does not mean your money is bound to some time period, ) and what do you mean by fund raising just by changing name and using (fundraising word) you cannot hide reality, and you said government release bond for project prize bond say konsay project hota ha uskayleya to IMF say karza latay hai or prizebond to sood ka pasa banata ha
