    Your quote from Quran is wrong. Treating a disease is not a change in creature of Allah. We treat other birth diseases also. Quran says when"i am sick Allah gives me shifa"( surat al shara). Treating a transgender disease is to change their bodies. Sunni Muslim scholars shaikh Azhar and Mufti Tantanawi has allowed sex change treatment after Imam Khomeini did research and found it non-haram in Islam. Remember that sex change is not allowed for a normal man like Eng Mirza who has no problem with his sex. Only allowed is for trans people as a treatment.

INTERSEX are the third gender, born with sexual ambiguity etc. TRANSGENDER are normal males or females who transition into the opposite sex, ADOPT another gender for themselves other than the sex determined at birth
