Although I am a follower and admirer of M ali mirza, but here he has gone beyond his knowledge and understanding. I am a doctor and often have to deal with serious patients in need of ventilatory life support. If done for the right patient at the right time , under the right type of doctors , this ventilator is a life saver ……. M ali Mirza has no knowledge about the indications, uses and contraindications of ventilator so he should not comment of sensitive technical issues like these . Can someone from his team please convey it to him.

Jab patient ko ventilator pr dala jata ha us wqt indications hoti hn esi., Kuch log survive kr k thek ho jaty hn kuch ki death ho jati ha. Drs ko nhe ilm konsa patient survive kry ga konsy ki death ho jae gi. Jab brain stem death hoti ha to ventilator se utarny ek bra decision hota ha 3 departments k consultants mil kr decide krty hn phir patients k lawaheqeen se ijazat li jati ha. Agr lawaheqeen ijazat na den to nhe utara jata. Ghalban ap shifa international hospital ki bat ap KR rhy hn waha to hr treatment hi mehnga ha.

1. Financial Impact to the family
2. Patients clinical condition
3. Chances of living a healthy life after recovery
4. Age of patient
5. Whether the family has enough resources n manpower to keep admitting him in ICU for long time.
6. Importance of that person’s life and possible impact on overall lives of other family members.
